Today is going to be a quick one, I promise!
I am actually pretty excited, believe or not Josh and I don’t get a chance to get away much together. Especially for something that isn’t a DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training event.
That is why I am very excited to go up north to Sedona for the day with him, but I still wanted to get my workout in.
Normally this would seem overwhelming because I would be getting the house and dogs together, but that is one of the things I personally love about DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training the most!
I don’t have to figure out how I am going to get to the gym. I don’t have to feel like I am getting a lesser workout.
Instead, I can grab my Ultimate Sandbag and do a lot in small amount of time in a small amount of space. I don’t have to worry about missing the gym because my DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workouts are THAT much better!
It is okay if you are a bit doubtful, to be honest I would have never thought that my best workouts would be at home either. After workouts like today’s DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout. Try to get 25 repetitions on each side in as little time as possible.
Oh, I didn’t say it was easy, but it is sooooo worth it!

Rotational Clean
Drop Lunge
Overhead Press
Lateral Step
Bent-Row
Lateral Step Clean
Clean Grip Squat
