Last year I wrote a post about why one should incorporate DVRT (Dynamic Variable Resistance Training) into their training regimen. I was compelled to write it after attending their Level 1 & Level 2 certifications in NYC where not only did I learn a great deal but I also discovered an amazing and supportive community.
Since then I have been promoted to a Master Instructor, have had the opportunity to assist with other certifications and am now going to be hosting a DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training One Day Workshop (HERE) as the kick off to the opening of Strength In Motion Fitness Studio!
