Michelle is a graduate of Simon Fraser University earning her degree in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology with a specialization in Health and Fitness.

Having competed provincially for over 10 years Michelle has an extensive gymnastics background and continues to coach a competitive team. Her years of training and coaching have shown her that you can achieve great things if you are determined and that incorporating fun into fitness is important for reaching your goals.

She is well known for her positive outlook and infectious smile which makes her a welcome addition to any room.
