It is the FIRST thing I tell our attendees of our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag certifications and workshops. 

Is that a bad thing? A mean thing? A crazy thing to say? 

You have to understand when I say ruin them, I mean to ruin how they forever think, see, and work with fitness programs.

In fact, most people are often SHOCKED the depth of the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training system when they come to our courses. In almost 7 years of teaching our courses, we have NEVER had anyone that wasn’t just transformed in one way or another.
