She looked at me, dripping sweat from her forehead. She was looking like an interesting red color that was definitely the result of her pushing her limits. While she was working hard to catch her breathe, she was able to barely get out the words, “what am I even training for?!” It is not the first time I heard such a question, coming from my wife though I knew I better have a good answer. Jessica and the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs she puts herself through make me want to sometimes run;)
Jessica gets some serious extension as she cleans the Burly Ultimate Sandbag!
The reality is that I have always love the challenges that workouts provided. In our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs I always was able to focus on some aspect of training that I was specifically trying to get better. Maybe it was my sports background, I was able to focus on the process and even though I was never anywhere close to being a great athlete, I loved competing with myself and seeing myself get better. Some of these ideas I have to admit are a bit more philosophical than some people like my wife actually enjoy.
Jessica has that funny love/hate with our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs too as well. She has personally had tremendous life changing results to her health through the system. However, she likes to have more definitive gages of progress, she likes the more instantaneous feedback. She wants to have a goal for that day and I am more than happy to match her personality and DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs. Because we get a lot of feedback from people like my wife, wanting very definitive goals for each workout, we use DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training challenge workouts to help them have that goal.
You can’t do Ultimate Sandbag workout challenge workouts EVERY workout. Why not? Ultimate Sandbag Training challenge workouts are very intense and they typically are to see how the accumulative Ultimate Sandbag Training workouts have positively impacted your fitness.
Isn’t training hard good and since we talk about the intense heart rates and calorie burns from DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs, wouldn’t it be ok to train hard all the time?
Any smart coach will tell you that you can’t push your limits all the time. The best athletes in the world have long used a cycling system that allowed time to recover from the more intense training series and helping them build back up to great performances (the essence of what is called periodization). Pounding your body time and time again, even in Ultimate Sandbag Training can create burnout, overtraining, and possibly injury.
Instead, we can use Ultimate Sandbag Training Challenge workouts to see what our training has yielded us and maybe where our weaknesses still lie. Is it our endurance, strength, flexibility, stability, or some combination of all the above? If we can establish what is meaningful to you and what you can improve upon then we can create the following cycle of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training workouts to address those specific goals.
I’ll be honest, if I ask most people their goal, they would often respond with probably a combination of the qualities I mentioned above. We can make the Ultimate Sandbag Training Challenge workouts work these different areas in different ways. For some people performing a good squat is an achievement in both flexibility, mobility, strength, and endurance, for more advanced individuals we can begin to challenge these qualities with more complex DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training routines and drills. After all, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training is unique from most other fitness programs that it isn’t JUST about more weight, more reps, or faster times. It is about using the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training drills to create more athleticism, diversity in movement, and fitness that reaches a much broader scope.
Today’s Ultimate Sandbag workout challenge is a throwback to some great stuff we had put out. Being around for over a decade, sometimes you forget all the great ideas you had even just a few years ago. This Ultimate Sandbag workout is as relevant today, maybe even more so, as when we first filmed it 5 years ago! Try it out and pay attention to the break down, the program, and have a blast getting after it!
