I think it is one of the funniest misconceptions about DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training. I don’t think people believe there is as much to do with the Ultimate Sandbag as we say! Now, if you have been following us for any time, you know there is almost TOO much to do with the Ultimate Sandbag. Deciding what to do can be your biggest hurdle.
That is why I keep talking about learning the DVRT SYSTEM. Once you understand the system, there is not just infinite exercises to perform, but you can build on them so progressively that not only are you doing super cool drills, but equally as meaningful!
One of the best examples of that is our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Cyclone. A drill often misunderstood, it is the rare combination of full body power, mobility, coordination, and athleticism. Truthfully, it isn’t that hard to learn if you know the parts that make up the Cyclone. Once you perform a few repetitions of this DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training exercise I guarantee you will fall in love!
Watch today’s video and see how you can work towards mastering this super charged DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training exercise. Then I recommend you begin with a Power Ultimate Sandbag and slowly build up your repetitions. First workout you might just do 5 a side for about three sets. Over the successive weeks, build proficiency in the movement first and then you can start adding a rep per workout. Once you can hit ten repetitions each side for all three sets, then you can add some weight!
