Q: “How is this different from your other programs such as the downloads and DVDs?”
A: Great question as we always try to put the very best version of ourselves in everything we put out. Here a few ways this is a very different type of program.
-More progressions: We are taking you through not just each month, but each week we show you how to make slight tweaks in your DVRT programs to keep making progress. For those that often can get overwhelmed with overly complicated programming, we do the work for you so that you can experience the immense benefits.
-More levels: We always try to keep the MOST amount of people in mind when we do a new program, but now we can customize it even further. Simply by choosing a “beginner”, “intermediate”, or “advanced” program (or all three!) we adjust your program to meet your goals and fitness level. Then we walk you through the steps of progressing to that next level.
-More access: We have always wanted to remain accessible to all of you, but now we have even better ways to do so. Through the training app (that is free) you can send us messages, but we can also notify you when specific posts have been made, adjustments to your workouts, and just motivational tips. We also offer you the ability to get into a private group of people JUST like yourself so you can join our ever growing community of pros and enthusiasts that are changing fitness.

Q: Is this program for anyone such as home fitness enthusiast or just trainers?
A: Awesome! Yes, we made this in mind so it could be either. Q: Can I use this on my desktop since I don’t have a smartphone or tablet?
A: Absolutely! One BIG reason we chose the platform we did was that it could be used in so many different circumstances and people. Easy to use but you could choose if you wanted to be on your smartphone or your desktop and every time you login you will see your same information that you can chart day by day and access to your workouts ANY time!
Q: Will this be JUST be using Ultimate Sandbags?
A: Of course the core of what we do will involve Ultimate Sandbags. Over time we will involve some simple, inexpensive, and highly effective training tools. Don’t worry, if we do so and you don’t have access to them we will give you some alternatives.
