Saturday means time to do some solid work! I’ll keep this short, but I wanted to share with you how Jessica and I have been using the concepts from our Progressive Kettlebell Movement and DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training to create some really awesome full body workouts.
Part of me wanted to share this with all of you because people have kept telling me how good I look considering just a year ago was my three intensive back surgeries. What have I been doing? Exactly these kettlebell and Ultimate Sandbag Training workouts like the one we show you! We believe in living the ideas we keep sharing.
If you can’t hit your strength, conditioning, and mobility training in this workout, then NOTHING will. I’ll be honest, I’ve never had more fun training and learning about my body. I hope you get the same so try this full body workout!
Rest 30 seconds between drills
Perform as a circuit
-Kettlebell Sprinter Alternating Row to Lunge (or half kneeling) Alternating Press x 6-8 per side
-Lateral Crawl Drag x 5-7 per side
-Rack Lateral Squats x 6-8 per side
-Cyclone x 8-10 per side
