Better Backs, Knees, & Shoulders 2.0


Physical therapist, Jessica Bento, comes back to give an update to her highly successful program “Better Backs, Knees, & Shoulders”, with version 2.0. Over a year’s worth of programming designed to help improve mobility, stability, core control, and the way you move and perform. 36 Workouts designed in a progressive manner to help you develop the functional movement skills that will help you overcome some of the most common problem areas of the body in low back, knee, and shoulder issues.


What stops so many people from achieving their fitness goals is typically injury or aches and pains they just can’t shake. That is why physical therapist, Jessica Bento, developed her version 2.0 of her highly popular “DVRT Better Backs, Knees, & Shoulders” program. A year’s worth of progressive functional fitness based on our DVRT system to help people see how they can feel their best while also reaching their fitness goals.
