The DVRT Workshop is designed to help coaches or enthusiasts excel in the skills of applying DVRT. Not only do we delve into far more detailed functional fitness concepts, there is more time exposing the student to the many layers of progressions and programming of DVRT.
Our goal with DVRT is to educate attendees on how the body works, how the body creates real life movement, and why we see so much dysfunction. Establishing the why’s, we create solutions in building extensive progressions of exercises. We provide you the system to make every program customized for any training environment.
Whether you are training one on one, small group, or team based training, the DVRT system is designed to give you the ability to work with a wide variety of abilities while providing a customized approach. The DVRT instructional concepts provide you a feeling of almost infinite exercises, but more importantly, you learn the simple cues that provide you a huge impact to your clients’ success!
This four hour workshop will introduce you to the DVRT system and go over the basic use of the Ultimate Sandbag Training System. This course will consist of upper and lower body foundational movement patterns and excised of the DVRT system. Not only will you learn the foundational and core exercises of the DVRT program you will learn at to progress and regress any exercise to meet the needs of any fitness level.
DVRT Workshop Participates will will receive:
-Continuing education credits from NASM, 4 contact hours
-Unlimited access to the DVRT Online Workshop Manual and Foundations Program

DVRT COURSE CANCELLATION POLICIES
Innovative Fitness Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel any courses. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, IFS will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course.
Registrants canceling outside of three weeks (21 calendar days) of the course may receive a refund, transfer to another course without penalty or keep a credit with us for a future course without penalty.
Registrants canceling within three weeks (21 calendar days) of the course are not eligible to receive any refunds. Registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course.
Registrants who do not notify us of their absence prior to the course will forfeit all funds.
For any courses where a credit towards product was issued prior to the course and product was then purchased, this amount will be deducted from the total refund for any course due to a cancellation. This also applies for any product that may have been received with registration of a course. A refund minus the cost of the product & shipping costs associated will then be issued
