COURSE CANCELLATION POLICIES
Innovative Fitness Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel any courses. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, IFS will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course.
Registrants canceling outside of three weeks (21 calendar days) of the course may receive a refund, transfer to another course without penalty or keep a credit with us for a future course without penalty.
Registrants canceling within three weeks (21 calendar days) of the course are not eligible to receive any refunds. Registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course.
Registrants who do not show up for a course have 1-week (7 calendar days) after the course to notify us of their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted 7-days will forfeit all funds.
For any courses where a credit towards product was issued prior to the course and product was then purchased, this amount will be deducted from the total refund for any course due to a cancellation.

*No refund will be issued if course is in progress and is interrupted by an Act of God or issue beyond our control.
