It seemed interesting, and although I had already purchased kettlebells and steel maces, I decided to allow myself to buy one bag (even though my impression at the time was that they were kind of expensive). Boy I’m glad that I did! That one bag changed how do fitness for myself, and my clients, forever! I now own 13 Ultimate Sandbags, and I use these things nonstop! What people and coaches need to understand is that these bags are not just a piece of fitness equipment- it’s a whole carefully crafted system that’s been refined for over a decade. If you want to get better fitness results, but are on the fence, I highly recommend buying at least one bag and learning how to use it correctly!
