Smarter Core & Glutes with Ultimate Sandbag Exercises

It took me a LOOONG time to really understand it. In fact, I don’t know if I ever would have EVER really appreciated it if it weren’t my four spinal surgeries I have gone through. That is the close connection between our core and glutes! Not only that there is a strong correlation but how we develop those connections with DVRT Ultimate Sandbag exercises.
