Part 1 of the Ultimate Sandbag Training Core Concepts

I hope it is a universal thing. It may very well not be, but I hope I am not too far off.

I saw it happen around age 33ish.

It wasn’t something that I really noticed after a bit of time. In all honesty, many of you help me discover this very thing about myself!

I use to be on a mission, a mission to correct everyone in regards to training. Don’t get me wrong, in my head and heart I was doing the right thing. My main motivation was to help people, I wanted to see them actually benefit from the work they were putting into the gym and not become a statistic.

What I didn’t realize though is I was preaching and not really helping the process. It was even impacting myself as I would really get flustered seeing all the bad training. Thanks to the popularity of social media, that became unfortunately easier and easier.

Then I hit a point, it wasn’t not caring anymore, but rather understood two things…

1. Not everyone wants your help.

2. More importantly, a lot of things come down to how you communicate them.

Especially number two hasn’t been the easiest. I could accept that there are people that are perfectly happy doing what they are doing and that is great. However, still believing that DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs were the very best way to get fit, it was hard for me to find the right way to share these ideas.

Changing the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Workout Message

It was hard for me to do because when it comes to DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs, we have so much research, science, and anecdotal evidence. I often wondered why someone would NOT want to use our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout program rather than why would they!

In the last few years I have seen that there are a lot of you that do see the power of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs and that has the most incredibly rewarding aspect. Yet, the question still lingered, how do we continue to share the message of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs in a positive and partnered manner.

Thankfully one of the biggest blessings I have received is to be surrounded by an amazing team of fitness professionals. We have been fortunate enough to have these people become our DVRT Master Instructors and their amazing blend of professionalism, passion, and caring about people has helped us refine that message.

One of the best lessons I have learned from these great people is the easiest way to convey your message is to show people you live it! It is so simple, yet so often overlooked. I remember speaking at a conference in Connecticut where a fitness pro pulled me off to the side and asked me, “so what do you do for your training?” When I told him the very same things that we shared with him and the other attendees that day he seemed almost shocked!

I don’t totally blame him, in this day and age it rarely seems like we are given the truth. For me, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs are our truth. It is what my wife and I do for 90% of our fitness, it is what I have used for clients as a strong foundation, it is the system that I would put my reputation of the past 20 years on.

Trust me, if the idea of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs were to be a big business, man would that be a bad idea. It would be so easy for me to instead just sell a bunch of different pieces of functional training equipment. Heck, we see companies doing that all the time now and it makes me think of one thing, “what do they really believe in?”

Of course it is one thing if I use DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs, but to see more and more tremendous coaches do the same makes me know that our message is slowly being heard and more importantly used!

Our DVRT Master Trainers have done a wonderful job of also being the example of our message. You have to realize, these aren’t employees or people that really benefit from using DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs. Instead, these are fitness pros that have given us the great gift in believing in the message of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training.

That is why when I see their creativity and strength build it is just an amazing feeling.

When DVRT coaches, Keith Gordon and Shauna Sevon sent me today’s video all I could say was, “DAMN!”

Shauna is such a great example of what happens when you combine dedication, passion, and proper implementation of the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout ideas! Not only did she perform an impressive series of Ultimate Sandbag drills, not only did it match the philosophy of DVRT, but she did it with a weight that I would challenge most men to do the same!

She didn’t slop through it either, she stayed true to the DVRT principles of great technique, purpose, and hard work! The result, this rather petite woman built some serious fitness. It was so good that I wanted to share it with all of you!

My hope for the future of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs is that inspires and motivates people to really change their lives in an amazingly powerful way! If you use the type of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs like Shauna shares I have no doubt this will be your result as well!
