It is probably the SECOND (behind the Clean and Press) Ultimate Sandbag exercise done WRONG! It has so many benefits, but unfortunately, when you don’t know the intent of the exercise you miss A LOT of the greatness of the movement. That is why I wanted to take time to make sure we go through the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training Lateral Drag so that you could see what good form and good intent does to an exercise. Knowing what NOT to do is often as important as knowing what to DO!
