The REAL 7 Minute Abs Program

There are certain movies that you can quote in a generation that almost everyone seems to know. “So, you are saying there is a chance!” is of course a classic from Dumb and Dumber. Another personal favorite of mine though is from the movie “Something About Mary”. Of course this classic has more than a few great lines from it, but the discussion with a drifter and Ben Stiller about 7 minute abs is pretty awesome. 

 

This parody of the fitness industry makes you laugh because of the great deal of truth to the general marketing of fitness. We can laugh at all these “super ab” programs, but they wouldn’t keep coming out with them if they didn’t sell! 

 The REAL 7 Minute Abs Program

Ben Stiller had the NERVE to ask about “6 minute abs”!

The goal of having good looking abs isn’t silly. However, learning the REAL way of getting them is important. 

Good looking abs is a function of great workouts and nutrition. Both are very important and could be multiple blog posts for each. Let’s look at the one that DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs can especially help, the workout portion!
