It seems like an excuse doesn’t it?
“I just don’t have enough time to workout!”
Such statements may seem like an excuse until it happens to YOU! Living in the gym isn’t possible for most of us, even those of us that LOVE going to the gym or working out.
Sure, I use to scoff at the idea that people with a full time job, kids at home, a spouse, and so forth didn’t have time to workout…..that is until MY life got busier!
With more and more commitments it can be hard to see yourself setting up time aside to train. You are thinking about the space, all the equipment, and complicated workouts, it can be exhausting in of itself.
That is why working with our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs has given me solutions to keeping up with my own fitness goals. Sure, kettlebells, suspension trainers, and other tools are great, but when you talk about “bang for your buck” in terms of time and exercises you just can’t really beat what we can do in a short amount of time with our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs.
Why? For one, Ultimate Sandbag exercises are always just unstable enough where every repetition is like a new one for your body so your body has to work harder every time you perform even a singular repetition.
Another under appreciated aspect is the directions and patterns we can go in our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs. That allows us variation, but also allows us to train our muscles in unique ways and more importantly allows us to use MORE muscles per exercise.
The creative and progressive DVRT coaches at Envision Fitness show how we can train in so many different ways in such a short amount of time.
The other great benefit of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs is the fact we can create flows and complexes so seamlessly. Such training allows us to train all functional fitness qualities quickly. Especially when you look at this DVRT series that includes one DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness drill we don’t talk a lot about, but that is so powerful (you can read more about it HERE) Snatches!
What makes a DVRT complex like this so great is that it balances strength, stability, and power all at once. We also get pulling, pushing, lunging, hinging, and planking in this seemingly simple series.
How can you use it? Aim for sets of 5 resting about 30 seconds between sets. See if you can perform up to ten sets of this workout, but don’t compromise quality of work. Start with maybe 5 sets and see if you can get a great workout and one that makes you better no matter the time you have available.
