Why oh why do I do this to myself?!
It is the simple question I ask myself every time I ask Josh for a DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout.
Don’t get me wrong, I could do it myself. We all know that we tend not to make ourselves do things
we don’t like and prioritize things we don’t!
Unfortunately, Josh knows everything I don’t like!
Just like today’s DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training WOD. Yes, I used a term from Crossfit, shoot me!
I am all for programs, planned workouts, and such. However, sometimes life is not as agreeable to my best
laid plans. Instead of getting all stressed out about it, I know I can deviate from my plans and just do an
Ultimate Sandbag Training WOD.
Now these aren’t just kill yourself workouts, although sometimes I think Josh has them planned as such!
Instead they are always based upon our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training principles. They don’t have to be long either, trust me!
I asked Josh if this DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training WOD was it for my workout, he just smirked. After doing it I understand why!
