To say that there are a lot of exercises in our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training system might be one of the biggest understatements! The truth is that if you understand our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training foundations then you build almost endless exercises. Not just MORE exercises, but really great movement strength based drills. You know, those that ACTUALLY translate to the real world.
A great example is using our Leg Threading and Arc Pressing to create a really cool DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training complex. This is one of those drills that if you ask, “which muscles does it work?” You will just look at your body up and down and go…”well, all of them?” So, you can use this as a workout in of itself. Not only is a great exercise, but one of those total body movements that can eliminate the excuse of “not having time.”
How can you use it? Perform 3-5 reps a side with as little rest as you need between the two sides. Chances are, you are going to need at least 15-20 seconds if you are doing it right. Don’t rush through it, be purposeful! See how many rounds you can do for 15 minutes and see how one move can be a crazy, but wonderful full body workout!
