It might be the greatest invention for me EVER!
When phones started to have GPS and maps it was the biggest life saver to me in the world. To say I have a poor sense of direction is an understatement, I think I could get lost in my closet.
Knowing where I am going makes me feel sooo much better. The feeling of being lost or not sure where I am suppose to head off to makes me feel incredibly uneasy. So much so, you might as well not talk to me for at least an hour after such a traumatic experience.
It is important to realize that all of us feel better when we have direction though. Whether it is where we are physically going, our relationships, careers, and yes, our fitness.
With all the things you can do with DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training it can seem tough to figure out what to do. When do you do this or that Ultimate Sandbag exercise?
Well, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training is a map. It is the map of what your fitness can and should be. Now the challenge becomes how far on the map do you travel? For some you can go just about to the end, others will take about a five minute drive. The thing is though, the map is your own. You don’t have to be on someone else’s fitness map.
I think that it is exciting to know where you can go. Where you choose to go is a personal journey that builds over time. To me, that is pretty darn cool. Seeing how your body changes in not just how it looks, but how it works is one of the aspects of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training that is most exciting to me!
