Now, at first glance how in the world could I ever find fault in these statements? I think they are terrific endorsements of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training. However, there is ONE small issue I see. It is that all these statements try to categorize DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training as only one thing or another. Great for core workouts, but isn’t it great for full body workouts? Terrific for conditioning, but what about strength?
I think we are just programmed to see things in very oversimplified ways. For example, if you want to have great strength, you gotta do barbell lifts, if you want to have body control, well, that is bodyweight training. Heck, I’ve seen even kettlebell die hards question if kettlebell training is a powerful way of get stronger!
