It truly is a blessing, that is having been able to travel the world the last ten years teaching DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs. Sure, I love spreading our DVRT love, but what has never ceased to amaze me is the incredible people I get to meet. After all, why work so hard in trying to share the power of DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs? Mostly because of the stories people tell us time and time again how it has changed their own, or their clients lives.
Over that time, getting to know so many of these incredible people has led to our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs growing, evolving, and becoming better. Believe it or not, some of the BEST cues, progressions, that we use in DVRT doesn’t come from me, but our awesome community of coaches.
The frustrating part is these aren’t always the “big name” fitness professionals you hear about. They are the fitness pros that are actually helping people on a day in and day out basis. Why do I sometimes love THESE types of fitness pros more? Because they have to problem solve every day, different types of people with different goals.
Well, one of those people that have definitely become one of my favorites very quickly is Cory Cripe. You may have noticed Cory has been writing some awesome Ultimate Sandbag fitness content because his philosophy of movement strength completely fits with what we try to do with our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag fitness programs.
