Live Sessions

  • Begins: June 12th
  • When: Every Friday at 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Duration: 6 Weeks

Each live training session is approximately 1 hour, followed by a live Q&A discussion that typically runs an additional 20–30 minutes. The Q&A is a great opportunity to get your specific questions answered, but participation is completely optional, you’re welcome to hop off at any time.

You will also receive each week recorded coaching videos on building progression, problem solving, and highlighting powerful and unique exercises that will help the many goals and needs of your clients. There will be over 6 hours of coaching video you will have access to any time.

Do I Have to Attend Live?

Live attendance is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. Attending live helps you stay on track, ask questions in real time, and get the most out of the full six-week experience.
