We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All products will be shipping via FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service depending on the region where you are located. Our accessory items such as DVDs, Books, and T-shirts will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail as with some international orders. We currently do not ship to Africa, Russia, or South America.
Standard orders will ship with in 1-3 business days from time of order, based upon stock availability. International orders can vary DEPENDING ON CUSTOMS but can be up to 2-3 weeks, in most cases 6-10 days is typical.
We do try our best to get all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order during regular business hours. Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it will not be processed until the following Monday.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are based on weight and are FLAT RATE. Domestic shipments weighing greater than 100 pounds will have to be processed by a customer service staff member. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Please also note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In the event a customer decides to refuse a shipment, any fees such as original shipping costs incurred due to this will be deducted from the total purchase price only upon return of the shipment, this would hold true for a refusal due to cost of customs tax or duty applied to the shipment. If the refused shipment is not returned back to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.
International Duties + Taxes: Items shipped internationally may incur duties, taxes (e.i., GST – Goods and Services Tax; PST Provincial Sales Tax; HST Harmonized Sales Tax) and customs brokers fees – please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We back everything with a three-year limited replacement warranty in the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing. We do not except returns on used products. To return or exchange your Ultimate Sandbag Training product, please give our Customer Service Team a call at 800-698-2556 or email email@example.com. They will give directions for sending the product back to us. Returns will not be processed without prior authorization, a return authorization number must be obtained through contacting customer service. Shipping costs will not be refunded as this service has been used, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to extreme circumstances involving Covid-19, we are suspending our 30 day trial of all products. We can’t in good faith ask our warehouse workers and customers to put themselves in compromised positions. We will continue to honor any warranty issues. Please email us to get further instructions on returns/ exchanges during this period. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.

Voiding the warranty will occur immediately if the Ultimate Sandbag is used in any of the ways mentioned below. Please make sure to read through our instructional materials to avoid improper use.
