Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Processing & Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All products will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or the United States Postal Service depending on the region where you are located. Our accessory items such as DVDs, Books, and T-shirts will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail as with some international orders. We currently do not ship to Africa, Russia, or South America. 

Standard orders will ship within 1-3 business days from time of order, based upon stock availability. International orders can vary DEPENDING ON CUSTOMS but can be up to 2-3 weeks, in most cases 6-10 days is typical. We do try our best to get all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order during regular business hours. Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it will not be processed until the following Monday.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are based on weight and are FLAT RATE. Domestic shipments weighing greater than 100 pounds will have to be processed by a customer service staff member. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Please also note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event a customer decides to refuse a shipment, any fees such as original shipping costs incurred due to this will be deducted from the total purchase price only upon return of the shipment, this would hold true for refusal due to the cost of customs tax or duty applied to the shipment. If the refused shipment is not returned back to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.

International Duties + Taxes: Items shipped internationally may incur duties, taxes (e.i., GST – Goods and Services Tax; PST Provincial Sales Tax; HST Harmonized Sales Tax) and customs brokers fees – please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Ultimate Sandbags and Fillers are not shipped with sand or water.

Return Policy:

We back everything with a three-year limited replacement warranty in the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing. We do not accept returns on used products.  To return or exchange your Ultimate Sandbag Training product, please give our Customer Service Team a call at 800-698-2556 or email info@ultimatesandbagtraining.com. They will give directions for sending the product back to us. Returns will not be processed without prior authorization, a return authorization number must be obtained through contacting customer service. Returns must be requested within 30 days of order purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded as this service has been used, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

*All sales are final on apparel and downloadable workouts. 

*All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Warranty:

All our Ultimate Sandbag Packages have a three-year limited replacement warranty, in the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing. Please contact our customer service department with any questions you may have about warranties at info@ultimatesandbagtraining.com. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or breakage due to the slamming of the USB.

*Please note our newest USB model, the Kick Starter only has a one year warranty as this product is recommended for home use only as well as the PB Extreme Massager. 

Voiding Warranty:

Voiding the warranty will occur immediately if the Ultimate Sandbag is used in any of the ways mentioned below. Please make sure to read through our instructional materials to avoid improper use. If there are any questions on the use of the Ultimate Sandbag, contact our customer service department with any questions prior to using it.

• Filling the filler bags with wet sand or abrasive substances
• Dragging the Ultimate Sandbag on concrete or sharp surfaces
• Overfilling the shells or filler bags
• Slamming/ Throwing the Ultimate Sandbag
• Using abrasive material such as gravel in the filler bags
• Pouring sand directly into the Ultimate Sandbag shell
• Using the end flaps improperly (end flaps on our Strength and Burly bags are meant to be rolled into the shell and used for gripping, NOT to be used as a handle)
• Exceeding the weight limit of the middle or carrying handle. The weight limit of the middle handle should not exceed 70 pounds.
• Dragging of the ARES sled on abrasive surfaces such as concrete or asphalt.
