Jessica and I JUST finished a great webinar with Perform Better on “Why Fitness Is Failing Fat Loss”. We cover SO much material, probably too much if I’m being honest, but we wanted to expose coaches and fitness enthusiasts alike to really important information. The point is to help people understand WHY how we have MOST of Americans trying to lose weight and why most of them fail.
