The Women’s Starter Combo Package comes with TWO of our main USB’s suggested for women to get the most out of their training! With the Core Package you will be able to train correctives based drills along with more complex rotational work and with the Force Package you will get the most out of your foundational movements. This package will come with one one Core Package and one Force Package.Each Ultimate Sandbag Training Package will come with a QR code and when scanned you will be brought to DVRT getting started workouts!
