Follow Along 20 Minute HIIT Workout


Great workouts don’t have to take a lot of time, demand a lot of space, or even a lot of equipment. Coach Cory Cripe will take you step by step through 20 minute follow along workout plus a five minute warmup and five minute cool down. With bodyweight and Ultimate Sandbags you will see how much you can accomplish! A great workout that can be done literally anywhere!

DVRT Master Trainer, Cory Cripe walks you step by step through a 20 minute HIIT DVRT workout that also includes a 5 minute warmup and 5 minute cool down for a total of 30 minutes. Coach Cory explains how to perform each exercise and gives you additional cues throughout the workout to help keep you motivated and ensures that you know the right techniques that make DVRT so effective. You will be able to hit not only all the muscles of your body, but build better mobility, strength, stability, and conditioning at once. This program also includes a warmup and cool down for an additional 10 minutes.
