Few things are worse than pain, the kind that makes everything you want and like to do feel almost impossible. It is amazing how fast not only does the aches/pains seem to take over your life physically but also emotionally. That is why it is understanding that so many myths around issues like knee pain become popular. Everyone is looking for an answer, but sadly, most answers you find online aren’t based on any evidence. Worse, sometimes they are based on kinda evidence that doesn’t tell you the whole story.
That is why today’s podcast with physical therapist, Jessica Bento, is such an important one.
