I do kinda chuckle when people say, “man, you guys send out SO many emails!” My biggest hope is that you see that we try to put quality behind every post. Sure, some may speak to you more than others, but we have so much to share with you about DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training that it seems like we never have ENOUGH time to talk about everything this amazing system and tool can offer.

One of the things I have done a poor job of discussing is the role of our DVRT advanced water systems. For one, it is totally awesome to think that our water systems can go with people anywhere. Not too many times you can pack a few pounds in your suitcase and then in a few minutes have up to 120-150 pounds with you! Sure, you can go small too and have a pretty dynamic workout too.

There is more than just convenience though. Sure, just holding the Ultimate Sandbag filled with water is unique, but I mean, make that sucker move!

How? One of my favorite that is very simple is simply in the Fireman Clean (shoulder) position. When you lunge, step-up, or as you see do some of our DVRT squats, the water moves back and forth and gives you not just load up and down, but in a whole new direction! You quickly find how good your movement really is when you do such drills!

Then adding lateral or rotational components of our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training drills with water makes the water have momentum. that means you don’t only have to LIFT the weight, but decelerate the load of the water.
