I’ll be the first to admit I do take joy in seeing the t-shirt full of some hard earned sweat. While my goal is not to inflict pain or irrational fatigue on myself or my clients, however, the sweaty t-shirt does let us feel like we are putting in our dues! Today’s DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout was just that! The inspiration was for an article I just wrote about the barbell not being the standard in our fitness programs (READ HERE) . Largely due to the fact that DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs just flat out hit more muscles than the barbell. I know, OF COURSE, I am going to say that about our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs, but that is why I keep sending you workouts and drills to try for yourself.
You do, you have to experience these DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs. You can sit back and try to judge, critique, rationalize, etc, but you can’t do any of these things without actually trying the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs that I provide for you. I’ve had people consistently tell me that they need their barbell work because an Ultimate Sandbag can’t go as heavy. When I inquire if they have every performed a DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout with a heavy USB, the answer is almost 100% NO! How can you even judge if you have never tried it? Well, that is the way of our largely internet based world.
I hope that you are a bit more open-minded and at least willing to change the way you perform and see fitness with DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs. Even in today’s DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout I want you to see it more than a novel Ultimate Sandbag workout program. This is a DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout that I like to use as a base. You can add some additional support drills such a specific complimentary work. However, don’t underestimate what this DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout will feels like. Heck, I would even say that most people run back to the barbell and other strength training tools during Ultimate Sandbag workout programs because they are so much easier.
However, if you are willing to push yourself through these DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs, the rewards are sooo great and I am 100% confident in saying unlike anything you have experienced before. I will give you a personal example. Recently I was helping a friend that wanted to get better at Olympic lifting, he finds it enjoyable and I am never going to discourage people from having fun with activity. As he was setting up the barbell he has loaded it to 95 pounds. We got to talking about the idea of how old strongmen use to lift barbells all sorts of ways. He asked if I could do some of these one-arm lifts I had talked about. I have done them in the past, but it has been quite a few years! I let me guy side kick in though and said, “what the heck!” Without any warm-up (probably not the best idea) I cleaned the 95 pound barbell and pressed it for a rather comfortable five repetitions. Crazy I thought as I felt stronger and more stable than I remember doing these lifts. Hmmm.
I realize that being different isn’t ever an easy thing to ask of people, but I always back it up with massive rewards. I even think of my wife today that said something oh so profound to me. She was laughing at the fact that people are so slow to open to new ideas. Turning to me she said something that really motivated me to do even more for our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs. “If it wasn’t for you introducing me to Ultimate Sandbag workout programs when we met, I would probably need back surgery at this point.” Now, I am not going to pretend that DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs can cure all, but really powerful and the fact it can be someone that I care so much about, it goes above and beyond.
My take home message is don’t be afraid to challenge what you know about fitness. So many revolutionary things in the world came about because people were willing to question them. Fitness is a deeply personal thing I believe and I wouldn’t be pushing so hard to open people’s minds if I truly didn’t believe DVRT Ultimate Sandbag workout programs could deliver on my promises!
