Why do things have to be re-invented?  Usually it happens because whatever “it” was, it didn’t turn out as well as people expected. I think about it when movie studios relaunch certain movie brands, it is usually due to the fact they didn’t perform as well as the studios had hoped. When it comes to training we rarely think about daring to re-invent programs, exercises, or other attributes of fitness. In fact, many think it is almost heresy to try to redo anything that has been done for any period of time.

Coming from all directions, Ultimate Sandbag Training is truly unique

Our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training isn’t trying to re-invent things just to be different or controversial. I greatly respect all the work that has been done in the past and much of it has influenced our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training. However, we aren’t going to sit back and do things just because “they have always been done this way.” DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training is always going to be about pushing the limits and trying to find more creative and effective means to getting you to your fitness goals.

Very subtly most training programs try to get you good at what they like, what they want to do. Many in fact ignore what you want! The number one rule to me is being a good listener. I want DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training to work for you, not the other way around. I’ll be honest, there are a lot of people that won’t give DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training a chance because they are afraid of the hard work that comes along with it, or they are scared to be different from a lot of others in the industry. Being different though is sometimes the only way things change.

When I would listen to client’s talk to me about their fitness goals and I would hear the passion they would speak about these life changes only one thing came to my mind. How come they didn’t already achieve it? You would be surprised by how many people would tell me that a lot of their challenge was overcoming their environment. Family, friends, husbands, wives, work colleagues that made them feel badly about making these changes and being different from everyone else. Some see this as an excuse, but I understand it, I see it among fitness professionals all the time.

Even in the largest groups DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training works!

Just this past weekend I taught our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training program to hundreds of enthusiastic fitness professionals at the AFPA national conference. I like to ask a lot of questions when I teach our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training, after all, this isn’t about me but rather helping others become the best version of ourselves possible. It is almost shocking, I will present the science behind the philosophy and principles of our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training program and ask “why do so many people do it the other way?” After 5 years of asking these relatively simple questions I have almost never received an answer other than, “that’s the way we have always done it.” It isn’t that this is silly or stupid, but rather concerning that we don’t know why we do what we do.

Part of re-inventing fitness with our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training program is to make sure you understand why. It may seem unnecessary to those that just want to workout, but unfortunately just doing “stuff” causes people to bounce around from workout to workout, program to program never really gaining any satisfaction with the effort they have put forth. DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training takes steps to giving you direction and purpose to your training, something actually relatively novel for the whole concept of fitness in general.

Let’s look at today’ DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training video lesson as a great example. A

Why can’t we do everything better? DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training thinks we can!

famous complex of exercises is a clean, squat, press. We see Olympic lifters perform this series and I’ll agree, it can be tough. However, if I ask you why people use this series in their fitness programs I doubt I could get more of an answer beyond “it is hard”. In DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training, complexes are a great way to build full body symmetry in both strength, flexibility, and endurance. A DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training series with the clean, squat, and press is so powerful because we have the body working power, stability, coordination, and full body integration.

However, if we break down how most people perform this complex it isn’t ideal for a great majority of fitness programs. What do I mean? DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training looks at things differently, if I break down the clean, squat, press, the weakest link is the press. That means I am pre-fatiguing myself before I get to the most challenging part of the series. Instead, let’s be smarter about how to use this series and give it a DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training make over.

First thing we do is put the hardest part of the exercise first! Makes sense doesn’t it?! Then in typical DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training style, we move from hardest to easiest in our complex working with how our body naturally works. We implement a power exercise, then the squat. Of course DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training doesn’t stop there! Let’s work different planes of motion, muscles that are often left out with the more common performance of this series. Let’s use DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training to hit the core harder, fix muscle imbalances, and still get one heck of a workout.

This DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training complex is a rather simple way that we want to continue to re-invent the way fitness is done. If you are satisfied with the status quo that’s fine, there are plenty of fitness programs that are willing to do just that. If you are looking for a program that is always going to look to innovate and give you the best ways to train then I hope you continue to follow our DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training programs!
